The Bull is located in the centre of Colchester. In June 2007 the Bull was closed for a month to under go a major refurb. Now re-opened, it has been transformed into one of Colchester's best venues to watch live music.
We host live 4 night a week. Wednesday we host our Open Mic Night. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday we have a variety of live music from solo artists through to bands from 3 to 7 piece.
As well as hosting live music in the main bar we have a separate Music Room which can accommodate 40 to 70 people depending on the type of music. We will be starting at the end of March our new regular Blues evening with our House Band. In May Jazmine Ava will be performing her new album. This room is perfect for artistes who wish to perform their own original music.
This room is also the home to the Colchester Funny Farm Comedy Club which is held on the second Wednesday of the month.
