Help! My page is blank! Occasionally you may encounter a blank screen when attempting to upload an MP3 or photograph onto Lemonrock. Don't panic! This is usually because your MP3 or photo is too big.
There is no easy way to tell you about this error, so instead you will see a blank screen.
The solution is to submit smaller files. To make an MP3 smaller, try re-creating it with a lower bit rate (e.g. 128k instead of 192k), or for a photo, use Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or Microsoft Paint to re-size the image to a smaller file.
If, after trying to reduce the size of your file, you still get a blank screen, please contact Lemonrock with the following information:
The date and time of day that you got the blank screen Your name and login e-mail address What you were trying to do

What does a blank screen look like? The screenshot above shows the blank browser page. The URL (the address in the browser's topmost text-entry box) should be http://www.lemonrock.com/formprocess.php.
How did I get here?

 We set very high limits for MP3s and photos. If you get a blank screen, it is because your file is enormous. Note that if you submit a large photo, we will always attempt to re-size it (usually to 300 pixels wide), but that if the sheer size of the file is too big, re-sizing will not be possible, and you will get a blank screen instead. |
